I became a lawyer to help people like you deal with difficult issues and to guide you through the legal process. I believe everyone should be treated with respect and dignity. I believe it is important to be fair, consistent, and the best advocate I can be in representing you. Put your trust and faith in me to be honest with you. I do not make promises or statements about how I can achieve the results you want. I give you an honest assessment and opinion about the merits of your case so you can make an informed decision as we move through the legal process. I will assist you to the best of his ability, give you and honest opinion regarding the outcome of your case, and advise you in your time of need.

As a trial attorney, I take pride in giving a voice to people who need help dealing with divorce, child custody issues, juvenile criminal matters, and most all adult criminal matters. I have been lead counsel on hundreds of family law cases, and I have experience as a prosecutor with both felony and misdemeanor jurisdiction. I have the experience and knowledge to help you when you need it most.

Too many times attorneys operate their law practice as a business first and as an advocate second. I operate my law practice as an advocate first, and as a business second. If or when you need an attorney, you can depend on me for an honest assessment of your case so you can make the right decision regarding your personal circumstance.

I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas with a B.S. in Criminal Justice and then continued my education at Texas Tech School of Law where I received my Doctor of Jurisprudence.
